The project develops advanced AI and machine learning methods to deliver transparent, explainable labour market forecasting and skills intelligence, focusing on sectors vital to decarbonisation such as renewable energy, energy-intensive industries, and sustainable infrastructure. The consortium unites academia, industry, and policy organisations across Europe and uses cross-sectoral staff exchanges to connect AI innovation with workforce applications. Human-in-the-loop approaches ensure systems remain trustworthy, fair, and aligned with EU values, while co-design engages participants through surveys, workshops, and pilots.
