European Unified Cancer diagnostics and treatment AI agent The EUcanAI project pioneers a new paradigm for clinical management of central nervous system (CNS) cancers by creating a modular, agentic Generative AI ecosystem that unifies diagnosis and treatment into an integrated continuum of care. Current workflows in neuro-oncology are fragmented, slow, and highly dependent on individual expertise, leading to variable outcomes. EUcanAI transforms this landscape by developing interoperable AI agents that interact across three technological domains: (i) multimodal integration through an orchestration agent capable of synthesising clinical, imaging, histopathological and molecular data into transparent tumour board recommendations; (ii) medical data augmentation via generative models that produce synthetic MRI sequences, FFPE-quality histology from frozen sections, and rare diagnostic scenarios for model training and benchmarking; and (iii) knowledge representation and reasoning frameworks aligned with WHO CNS tumour classifications, ensuring transparent provenance, reproducibility, an
