Hereditary polyposis syndromes can be precursor lesions to colorectal cancer and are associated with a broad spectrum of extracolonic tumors. Early identification and accurate classification of these syndromes are essential for timely diagnosis, individualized patient management, and targeted surveillance strategies for affected families.
