articipation through multilingual eXtended Reality tools and co-creation platforms; (4) ensure sustainable adoption via federated data spaces, open source governance, and compliance with GDPR and the AI Act; and (5) contribute directly to European and international standards and policy for trustworthy, inclusive cultural heritage digitisation. Key activities include immersive co-design with institutions and communities, reference implementations of cultural twin pipelines, federated access-control frameworks, and open source governance structures. Cross-pilot validation will assess scalability, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with European standards, with results channelled into relevant standardisation bodies. Expected outcomes include more than five operational cultural twins, over 500 active users, predictive conservation systems that reduce risk impacts by at least 15%, and open frameworks that enable replication across Europe.
