Climate change leads to infrastructure disruption, food insecurity and global losses and hence, does directly affect safety and security of people. Nowadays, when an event occurs emergency protocols are activated, and damages are evaluated in the following days. There is a need of having vulnerability assessment information, before the event occurs to know where the most vulnerable area, asset or population is. Knowing the most vulnerable point and its dynamic evolution (where the impact will be worst) is a key information to generate an adaptative answer to climate extreme events and minimize socio economic damages.
