DocAttriBench: Benchmarking Answer Grounding in Document Visual Question Answering

Answer grounding in document visual question answering remains an open challenge: most benchmarks lack grounding annotations or provide limited-quality labels, while constructing grounded datasets still requires costly manual effort.
