Gaia AI Factory
Gaia AI Factory Gaia AI Factory aims to establish a state-of-the-art AI Factory in Poland, creating a robust infrastructure for developing and deploying advanced artificial intelligence solutions. Coordinated by AGH University of Krakow’s ACC Cyfronet and supported by a national consortium of research and technology institutions, it responds to the growing demand for large-scale AI infrastructure in Europe. The initiative aligns with the EuroHPC Joint Undertaking’s mission to enhance Europe’s trustworthy AI capacity and with the Digital Europe Programme’s objective to ensure broad access to high-performance AI resources for research and innovation. At its core lies a high-performance supercomputing system with around 1,000 GPU units divided into dedicated partitions for training and inference, enabling scalable processing for diverse AI applications — from research and prototyping to production. Gaia AI Factory offers not only infrastructure but a full innovation environment with pre-configured tools and end-to-end services for the AI lifecycle:
