tation in LC-MS, exploitation of advanced mass spectrometry acquisition and ion mobility spectrometry data, metabolite identification, effective mining and use of multiple data sets, data management, artificial intelligence tools for metabolomics data and for text mining (natural language processing), data fusion, effective biochemical interpretation. Transfer of knowledge is organised as a series of training events, webinars, e-meetings, staff exchanges and collaborative research with the advanced partners. Emphasis is also put on training on research management and setting a research management unit in Biomic. Three clinical biomarker discovery demonstration projects constitute the research element of BiACEM.
